Here is a list of items we will need to process your application:

• W-2’s and 1099's (for the last 2 years)
• One month’s most recent pay stubs (all borrower's)
• Tax Returns All Schedules for Self Employed & 1099 Borrowers ( last two years)
• 2 Months most recent Bank Statements (all accounts & all pages)
• Most Recent Asset Statements-All Pages (401k, Stocks, Bonds, etc…)
• Insurance Agent ( Contact Name & Phone Number )
• Real Estate Agent's Contact information

We will need these items if applicable:

• Homeowner’s Association Management company (contact & phone number-If applicable)
• Tax Bills & Homeowner Insurance for Other Properties Owned
• Current Mortgage Statement for Other Properties Owned
• Bankruptcy Papers ( Petition, All Schedules & Discharge)
• Deed Under Power
• Divorce Decree, Parenting Plan & Child Support Order
• Letter explaining derogatory credit items
• Landlord (contact name & phone number)
